- Fill in the box (for the Home Address I recommend you to look for cities/street of DC), you don't have to fill the box without (*) mark.
- Request Library Card
- Check your mail, and copy the login information
- Login to lynda.com with Organization Portal lynda.com/signin/organization), type "dclibrary[.]org"
- Then, fill your login info from your mail
